Paypal USD withdrawal in the Philippines

Good day! As you can see, I am a client from the Philippines. I want to withdraw the money that i received from a customer in the US. Since I have a dollar account with debit card associated with it, I linked it to my paypal account so I thought I will be able to withdraw/transfer my balance from paypal to this bank account. However, the bank account was registered but my card can't, furthermore, whenever I transfer the my paypal balance (in USD) to my bank account (also in USD), it always converts it to Philippine peso automatically. I was wondering why since the bank I linked was a dollar account. 

So, how do you withdraw from paypal wallet to bank account in USD in the Philippines? Is there a setting that needs to be changed in my account

Hi! Was wondering if you already resolved this? If not, have you tried contacting the customer service and ask if you could transfer your funds as USD? So it would not automatically convert into PHP.

I'm also waiting for an answer to your question. I'm in the same boat.  I have a dollar account here in the Philippines that I want my Paypal earnings to be transferred to. I haven't done it yet because it's not clear if it will cost less and what the charges are. I haven't tried transferring my earnings to my Philippine dollar account. I just convert my earnings from dollar to peso then transfer them to my peso account. It's a bummer that I have to do that especially if I have a dollar expense that doesn't accept Paypal transactions. That means I have to convert my PayPal dollar earnings to peso, transfer to my Philippine bank account, withdraw, and then convert to US dollars.

Withdrawals to a bank account are always in local currency.
