Paypal requiring $500 as minimum amount

I cannot withdraw my money in my paypal account. It requires $500 as minimum amount to be withdrawn. Anybody who experience this error? Thank you!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Im from the Philippines and I have been receiving money from the US since August. I have no idea why that right now it is requiring me a $500 minimum to withdraw. Can we change it back to the old system?

I'm having this issue now as well. I have been withdrawing less than $500 twice a month for about 3 years now. Why are we getting this limit all of a sudden? Jeez! Country is Philippines.

Apparently only the Paypal app establishes this limit. If you try logging in your account via PC, it will let you withdraw the amount you want even if it's less than $500. It's weird that the Paypal app forces us to use the web though.

It did let me withdraw less than $500 after about an hour though the mobile app. Not sure what gives. Could be a hiccup in their system?

Same thing happened to me just today (February 24, 2020 at around 11:00pm). It's weird. I've been withdrawing less than 500$ for the past months.

There goes this issue again. There's definitely a bug with their app after the recent changes.

I have also encountered such problem just tonight. Read some things above and its true that when you are on your pc, there's not any problem encountered. But on the mobile app, it wouldn't go through. I hope they fix the app soon. It's most convenient doing the transactions on phone.
