Hello Community, I connected my Revolut account with my Paypal account, but I was not able to setup the wallet reference, only the account number. Then I sent a pretty large amount of money that disappeared from my Paypal and never arrived in Revolut. Paypal says it left their system, I should ask my bank. Revolut says that they cannot locate my payment based on the data I provided, which is not much, I only have a transaction ID, the amount, the date and my email. They are asking for SWIFT, BIC, account number, etc. Have you ever been in such a situation? Paypal doesn’t give me more details, after 2 days they finally answered something that does not make sense at all, I didn’t get any details. Please help, it is a lot of money for me.
