Pending Money

Hi,

on Tuesday morning (5am) I've purchased something for 5300 DKK from Banggood, but the payment immediately failed and I was redirected to Banggood with screen that said *something went wrong". On my PayPal account I've got a one time notification, that my money should be available in 1 day.
So far 1 day has already passed by and I still see this "purchase" as pending in my e-banking.

Do you guys know when will I have my money available again and what went wrong? Maybe some fraud protection, since I tried to make such a big purchase from a freshly opened account?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

There is absolutely nothing in my transactions. After payment I've just got the bell notification which said, that I would receive my money back in one day.

I have made another payment which went through successfully and is displayed in my account's transactions, but what about the first one that is pending on my bank account and is not even displayed in PayPal...

Speak to your bank, as the funds are no longer needed they should release them back to your bank account balance.

I already texted them yesterday and they told me, that PayPal needs to release the money.
