I understand that you have encountered difficulties in adding your Payoneer account to your PayPal account and I would like to clarify this situation for you.
As of June 2014, Payoneer accounts can no longer be added to your PayPal account. As mentioned in the terms and conditions of this U.S. payment service, Payoneer accounts are not bank accounts and therefore you cannot add them to your PayPal account.
Please note our customers in India can use a credit or a debit card to fund their purchases.
