I sold an item on eBay and the buyer sent his ship to address in China for the item and asking for a postage quote through eBay. When I reviewed the transaction the shipping address is in the UK. PayPal have put a hold on the payment transaction while they do security checks. The PayPal site lists the ship to address as being Kentucky USA.
