I have a prepaid card and my balance is stored on My Login (prepaidgiftbalance.com) I originally bought a Visa with $300. I sent someone a payment of $250.00 and was refunded. When I go back to the website I only have $50 and my refund isn't shown. I used the contact us feature and was left on hold for more than twenty minutes, nevertheless I hung up at that point. Any tips?
