Printful and payment Hold

Hello guys,

I currently started an on demand shop with clothes and objects through Shopify and Printful. I currently received one order and the money came to my paypal account but they are on hold until I fulfill the order. The catch is that I can't fulfill the order since I need to pay printul in order for the order to get fulfilled. Anybody know how to fix this issue?

I'm sorry to hear the hold has caused some trouble. Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice we implement to help ensure the safe and secure use of PayPal by both buyers and sellers. While payments can be held for up to 21 days, we try to provide options to release the funds sooner, like adding tracking details to the payment.
