I've had a hold on my account without explanation my personal account mind you and they're saying that it requires the buyer to confirm receipt of item which should not because again this was a friends and family sent transaction repayment of funds owed personal money it does not require verification of receipt. I have attempted many times to contact customer service spoke to six supervisors and countless numbers of agents to no avail. I have also attempted to contact the CFO, CEO and was contacted by the executive escalation Department who assured me that I had full access to my account to no avail. I cannot send transfer connect a card or generator code from Walmart to redeem my money. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and following up with the FTC and the State Attorney General PayPal put these holds on our accounts without warning and blame it on automated system that detects risks. My personal account is not subject to chargebacks or anything that would put PayPal at risk or cost of money yet I still have this hold and was told that no one can do anything about it on their end and it is an indefinite hold. So quick question PayPal do you expect me just to sit back and allow you to hold my money indefinitely and without explanation or remedy in View? Absolutely not I will pursue this to every height I have until someone listens because the PayPal practices and policies need to be revised and the higher-ups need to hold their employees accountable for their lack of resolution and escalated level of complaints dealing with the same issues. Furthermore, the numbers that are on the corporate website all of them are non-working numbers which leads the customer to be a little bit skeptical about who we are actually dealing with. I have sent PayPal over every document they requested to confirm and verify everything they needed and still I have absolutely no access to any function in my account and everyone continues to pass me around as if no one knows what's going on. Not only is this unprofessional and unethical this is straight-up bad business that does not benefit the customer. I've asked PayPal to Simply allow me access to my account so I can withdraw my money and close both this personal account and my business account nothing has happened as of yet. They keep telling me to call the customer service number that has not supplied me with any help.

You cannot obtain these number because all the numbers on the corporate page non-working numbers. And when you email them their responses as robotic as the message center so there is no resolution center here there is no resolution within PayPal the efforts on their behalf are minimal and their favorite line is I'm sorry there's nothing we can do about that and they blame things on an automated security system which they should have some type of control on because there is someone who controls that system and the same way they put holds on to your account they should be able to take them off without going through all of this.

I haven't spoke to 6 supervisors countless numbers of customer Representatives, emailed the CEO, CFO and spoke and emailed with a gentleman from the executive escalation office. Though I have made all these attempts to reach out seeking resolution there has been absolutely nothing done she correct the situation and give me full access to my account. I simply asked PayPal to allow me to withdraw my money and close both my business and personal account. As of date no one has done anything to fix this. If you view the corporate page and complaints you will see that there are countless numbers of people going through the exact same thing and the higher-ups and staff are all ignoring these complaints because as you see if they all are without remedy. Is extremely bad business and someone has to stand up to them and expose the wrongdoing going on with them. They're making money and getting richer but holding our money without explanation how is that fair. I've had a business account up and functioning with PayPal for two plus years without incident or any issue and their system was able to confirm I was who I say but I use the exact information to open my personal account with exception of email because they require different email and their system is saying they cannot confirm it to me. I've sent over ask documentation to verify to no avail. So what's really going on PayPal?

The customer service on Facebook and Twitter do the exact same thing they say they cannot help you with this and ask you do you want to speak to a representative that will contact you at the earliest convenience whenever that may be...so again your advice on solution is a joke because every Avenue leads back to talking to the same representative that do not help or solve your issue and they all say the same thing "I'm sorry that you were experiencing this inconvenience but there is nothing I can do on my end" so who can help?
