It seems like our system is not recognising your card number as correct. Firstly, I would recommend double checking the card number, expiration date and CVV. Then, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 24 hours without accessing the account to let the system rest as this may help you solve the issue.
