Is anyone else having this problem? I sent a parcel via 1st class recorded over a week ago. My buyer transferred money straight away but it’s been sat in pending until Royal Mail confirm delivery via the tracking number. Royal Mail delivered the parcel late and then failed to update the tracking history. Now my money is sat in pending even though the parcel was received by my buyer days ago! Very annoyed. There appears to be no customer service for Royal Mail or PayPal so looking for help elsewhere. I have over £200 sat in pending 🤬
