Hello, I'm having issues setting up my Scotia Visa Debit Card. I selected the credit card section (instead of bank account since it was asking for a US account) and inputted the credentials of my card, however, I haven't received a code to verify the card and it has been almost 2 days.
This isn't the major concern, however. Is it possible to receive money from someone through Paypal and spend the money with the Paypal account online without the credit card?
The code should show up in your online statement in a few days. The US bank account option is for withdrawals. If you don't have a US bank account, you will be able to request a paper PayPal check be mailed to you.
You are able to receive funds into your PayPal Balance to use for funding transactions.
