Send my PP funds to western union to myself

Hello I'm trying to send my paypal balance to myself via western union. I don't have a bank account so I can't use atm. Also my paypal doesnt have the western union option under send money.. please help

Paypal and Western Union are 2 completely different and rival payment processing companies.
