Sending Money from Paypal (Suadi Arabia) to Pakistan Account

Hi, 

I communicated with the Paypal support team about sending money from Paypal (Saudi Arabia) to Pakistan, but they said there is no service. Please help me if anyone knows the way around. As Xoom can't work in Saudi Arabia also (as per Paypal team).

We do not offer services in Pakistan at this time.

Hi Dear, I know there is no PayPal service in Pakistan, but Xoom is a service from PayPal to transfer money to Pakistan. Why this Xoom, is also not available here in Saudi Arabia? Regards,
