Sending money from PayPal to online sports bet acc

I am trying to send money from my PayPal account to Palmerbet (sportsbetting company). When I select PayPal as withdrawal option in Palmerbet it says "your PayPal connection has been initiated please follow the steps on PayPal to complete your agreement".

How do I complete this agreement in paypal?

Its against Paypal rules to use your Paypal account for any gaming or gambling purposes.

Check it out in paypals acceptable use policy or you risk your account being limited.
