Hello! I'm so frustrated right now. I placed an order on shein last night using money in my paypal balance. The amount I spent was subtracted from my PayPal balance, however when I go on shein the order says pending and won't process. Shein says the issue was on paypal's end and that it's an e check (I don't know how it's an e check). I contacted paypal and they said that the order was completed immediately because I used my paypal balance and that I was to contact shein. Shein sent a screenshot showing they still haven't received the funds and that the order is pending and stated that when they receive the funds they'll process my order. They're telling me to therefore wait 24-48 hours and see if they receive it. It's not a check tho! I'm really just frustrated. I've never had this issue with shein as I normally use my credit card and all is fine. I've also never had this issue with using my paypal balance anymore and I don't know what to do. Please help!
Have you by any chance found a solution to this? I'm on the same boat except it said my eCheck was supposed to be cleared on July 8, and now it's the 10.
From what I heard, it's up to PayPal. They said although the payment to the bank has been charged, they still decide the processing time. (The bank has already charged me the money, so I guess I have nothing to do right now other than wait for PayPal to notify me, or I can chargeback if possible.)
