I used PayPal service for 5 years and has never had a problem, but this month Automatic Transfer has not done, I contacted PayPal and said we have a technical problem, then advised me to manually transfer.

After trying to do it manually then the message as shown in the picture shows that my bank does not support manual pulling !!

then I try to transfer them from this link, but again it is impossible because the message appears as in the picture!

For 15 days PayPal service says we have escalated this problem to some of the best specialists, but as the wait is in vain because nothing has been done yet!

I waited about 130 hours without opening PayPal until the PayPal system cooled down and then tried again, but it looks like the problem is still the same!

I'm sorry to hear that your withdrawal is not working. It looks like the card that you have on file is being declined for the withdrawal. Declines can happen for multiple reasons. Please contact customer service for assistance and let them know that you tried to withdraw with this result. They can review the attempt and determine what happened to prevent the transfer.

My bank and card are great, I have been using this card for 5 years and have never had a problem.

The problem lies with PayPal because it's not just me, but thousands of other people.

I find it interesting that a big company like yours lets this problem happen for months without solving it!
Or maybe you are not solving the problem on purpose !!

And many times you give us the same answer "Sorry this is happening to you" or "We have sent the matter to our specialists" and again we do not receive an answer for months !!

Your phone does not work, I waited about 4 hours but could not speak to your agent!

On facebook and twitter always give me the same answer, it looks like marking a programmed robot!

I am suffering heart attack from this which is happening!

I also have THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I have been using PayPal since 2014 using the same card type, same payer and almost the same amounts monthly. December 2019 was the first time i encountered this problem but i solved it by clicking on that link that took me to the "older" PayPal link and i withdrew. I received the payment January 2020 and for 2 weeks now i cannot pull money from Paypal's website or that link. I have tried opening a ticket to Customer Serive , calling , waiting 48/72 hours as recommended by some of the people on the forums and nothing. At this point i do not know what to do and i am almost out of money.
