I have an account of the bank United Bank of India. I have been trying to link that bank account to my paypal account for a long period of time. But the error message " Can't process your request. Try again later" have been popping up each time. Is there any solutions to this problem?I have a few bucks on my paypal account. In worst case, can I transfer this to my friend's paypal account?
I understand you are having trouble to link your bank account. Kindly contact your local PayPal support line as they will be able to look into your account and further investigate on the issue. However, in regards to making a payment to your friend's PayPal account, yes your are able to do so. Kindly note, if you are transacting between India PayPal Accounts, you can only make payments to your in INR currency.
