Three dots for currency option don't work

I need to convert USD to EUR and I know the currency option is hidden behind the three dots in the Money menu for whatever bizarre reason, but I tried with every browser I have (Google chrome, Opera, Firefox, Waterfox) and it doesn't work. It worked in Opera last month but not anymore. Is there any way to 'unlock' that menu? Do I have to go crazy every god forsaken month? Can this site be NOT programmed by monkeys?

Hi @Somsnosa,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!
I am sorry about your issue. Here’s how to convert your PayPal balance to a different currency:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click PayPal balance at the left side the page.
- Click Manage currencies.
- Enter the amount you want to convert under the Currency Exchange column.
- Choose the new currency.
- Click Calculate to preview the conversion.
- Click Review Exchange to see the conversion details.
- Click Exchange Currency to confirm the transfer.
If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
I hope this helps.
Cristina

Hi Cristina,
I know how I am supposed to change currencies, however, as the original post says, when you click on the three dots to the right of the currency you want to convert, nothing happens. You don't get the options to work out how much the currency is worth in your base currency and it doesn't allow you to convert. This is a technical issue in my view e.g. javascript or something similar. I have been converting currency monthly for years on Paypal and this only started happening to me from last month.
Can you ask your tech team to investigate?
Thanks
John

I have the same problem on my PC (Chrome). I "solved" it by using my phone's browser (Chrome -> Desktop view). I tried through the PayPal app (Android) but I couldn't find anything.
