Transfer a PayPal Balance to a UK (Natwest) Bank Account

Good day all. My question seems to have been asked before, BUT none of the solutions Offered via Google search or on Forum seem to be Current, so, I will ask it again with apologies:

I wish to transfer a Balance FROM my PayPal account TO my (UK) Natwest account, BUT I can not seem to do this. My Natwest Account IS linked to Paypal, So I am able to make Purchases for example from E-bay or travel tickets, BUT I cant send money Back from Paypal TO my UK account? It ONLY seems to recognise a US account in my case?  what is the solution to this? Thank you all

Why do you have a UK bank account linked to a South African Paypal account?

Thank you for replying: The Reason this happened is because I already HAD the Paypal account setup from years previously: I was recently living in UK and decided to purchase a few things from Ebay, and I had a UK account for the purpose. SO I linked the UK account debit card to my Existing Paypal account. It worked just fine. I can PURCHASE whatever I want, IN UK, FROM Ebay, or Bus tickets, etc. BUT....i SOLD something on Ebay...accepted Payment to Paypal...and no I find I cant send that money BACK to my Natwest. so I am mildly annoyed that Paypal seems OK with me utilising a UK account to make PURCHASES but will not allow me to send £ back into Natwest, Unless theres a procedure I have missed understanding. Thank you.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.

I am a UK citizen and have always lived in the UK but I cannot transfer money from PayPal back to my Newest debit card account after an eBay sale. Just like the OP. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Are you trying to withdraw to a debit card or a linked bank account?

Only you can't transfer to a 'card' in the UK only to that linked bank account.
