Im wicked frustrated. PayPal's automated PNC bank linking system doesn't work, because they're not up to date with PNC's API Security settings, so I went to manually add the account, but then got stuck on the loading page. Multiple times this has happened now. I cant get anything out of Paypal.... They're useless....
