US Direct Express

I get my veterans' disability every month on a USDIRECTEXPRESS Card... I registered it on PayPal and it worked once, but since then, it has refused to let me pay for anything. I've had to pay directly to the seller, which I didn't really want to do. What am I doing wrong? Is there a phone number I could call, so as to get this figured out? I very much like the PayPal system, and I'm not comfortable giving my card info over the internet...

You can phone customer service - go to this page, at the bottom, look for Call Us link, on the next page you an login to your account or call as a guest.

OK I have a US direct express card as well, I have never had trouble paying with it but I’m wanting to know since I don’t have a traditional bank account, if someone pays me can I get the money from PayPal onto my US Direct Express card? Does anyone know about this?

My mom is having that same problem, and when she calls the Direct express card she gets an automated message saying they're experiencing unusually high volumes of calls or something like that before it hangs up
