Is it possible for a foreign recipient to receive money in USD? PayPal automatically converts them to rubbles (RUB) without any other choices, even though the recipient has a dollar PayPal account there.

Understood, thank you for the answer! I think PayPal users would like it and appreciate it more if it was possible to choose a currency. At least from 2 currencies - the sender's country currency and the receiver's currency. Limitations can be inconvenient sometimes.
