Unable to add again a credit card I've been using for years

Hi there, 

 

After changing my personal address, I went on the wallet to change the address shown on my credit card. Instead of simply modifying its informations, I attempted to delete it, then I would add it again. However, it keeps showing "Invalid card number. Check the number and try again.", but all numbers I entered are correct and I've been trying many times. What can I do to solve this? This is the only credit card I can use.

Hi @QCpwner,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to re-add the card number. Please contact PayPal customer service by phone to discuss the issue. A representative may be able to re-enable the card and allow you to change the address on file. To get the number to call, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then click Call us. You can log in o call as a guest.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!

I have the exact same issue, as of this month and as a result of address change. Calling Paypal hasn't been any help, there's obviously a problem here. I don't want to call again if no one can actually provide any help.
