Unable to link my bdo debit card to paypal

I've had a hard time linking my bdo debit card to paypal....can anybody help me make it through....thanks advance

Me too, 2 debit cards actually that i couldn't link. BDO and Gcash. I'm pretty sure that my names on each account are the same. I hope paypal will hear our problem.

Im having this issue too, My paypal balance is just stuck unusable and it has been like that for 2 months, making my hard earned cash kind of useless, I really hope paypal does something with this
