Unable to transfer from my Paypal Account into my USAA account

I have made successful Paypal to USAA transfers 2018 and in Jan 2021.  In March (this week) I had to verify my USAA checking and savings account again (both of which were already in the Paypal system, and had received previous transactions). Yesterday, March 26, and today March 27,2021 I received messages saying that USAA "is not yet accepting Paypal deposits"  How is this the case when I have done this in the past?  How do I get my money out of Paypal?

I just had the exact same issue. After years of this working just fine, USAA suddenly won't accept transfers from PayPal. 

There are fewer reasons to bank with USAA every year. It's like the cult of the Retired Officer CEO Wannabe tries harder and harder to push USAA into the playground with the big boys, so they can have the same bragging rights at cocktail parties as executives at Wells Fargo and BoA. Lots of silver oak leaves sad that they didn't get their birds. 

I'm going to check out some credit unions.
