Unable to transfer money into my bank.

Error message: There's an issue with your account.

You can contact us for help resolving it.

 

However, when I do click the link for help, I see nothing to help me. I have also tried contacting Customer Service, but there was no one available to help me. Apart from that error message, I don't see any other specific problems in my account. I have an active bank account linked, although I do see that it is indicated as a "Checking" account when it's actually a Savings account (I don't know if this should affect anything, though).

 

We also face the same problem with my daughter's account, which is linked with an active bank account and two (2) other debit cards. I am unsure if there is really an issue with the account, or if PayPal is down because of this.

 

Basically, I don't know how to fix the issue because I do not know what the issue could be. I hope anybody can help, thank you!

I was having the same issue too. I decided to download the PayPal app to my phone to see if that would be any different. I didn’t see the error message in the app and was able to successfully transfer funds to my bank. Hope this helps the rest of you.
