Unable to withdraw funds to My bank account

Hi, I have just added a Bank Account to my profile (Added bank name, and IBAN number) Now I just want to withdraw money from my Paypal balance to my bank account. So when I make "Withdraw" and indicate the sum I want to withdraw it tells me "Sorry, but we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance" What should I do and how do I contact CS? Thanks!

I'm having a similar problem. I just added a new bank and I keep getting the error: "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction."
Every once in a while I'm able to transfer maybe $100 or $5, but nothing over $1000. I raised my withdrawal limit with double verification and still no ability to withdraw a larger amount. 3 calls to customer support and no help or resolution.

If so then......
Ways to contact customer services.
1. You can click on help / contact and use the message centre option in the blue band at the top of the page (or the very bottom of the page dependent on country).
2. You can click on help / contact and use the phone option in the blue band top of the page (or the very bottom of the page dependent on country).
3. You can send them a personal message via their Facebook page @ www.facebook.com/PayPal
4. You can send them a personal message via their Twitter page @ AskPayPal for Twitter
5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.

Thanks! The thing is it never asked me actually for confirm my bank account. I just added it and that's it. I wrote to their helpdesk and today I tried to transfer funds once again, and it shows me another message that "it may take up to 24 hours for your money to land on my bank account" At least something. I'll let you know how it goes.
