My PayPal shows my bank is linked and I have set it as my primary source to use; however, when I go to pay, I get a message my bank account is not available to use. How do I correct this?

Have you had a failed bank transfer OR negative balance at all recently.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
