Is it a UK bank account?

Does the bank account name match your paypal account name?

Have you verified your bank account with the 4 digit code?

Are the funds in your bank account cleared and not pending?

What is the issue or message you get when you click to withdraw funds?

Hi thank you for the reply, no yes everything much with my card but I didn’t verified my bank account. How I have to do it?please? Thank you
