Everything has been normal and I've used Paypal for years. I haven't made any changes to my account in a while. Today suddenly when I try to log in, I get this message: "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
When I tried to log in via help-page, I was able to get in. After this, I tried out all the links in top navigation: "Summary" and "wallet "gives this error, "activity", "send & request" and "help" doesn't. This means that I'm able to send, request and withdraw money, but I can't top up to my Paypal account because this feature is located in the summary-page.

What can I do or is this something Paypal is going to solve on its own?

I have the very same problem. This has definitely nothing to do with your browser. My father has logged in with his account on my PC in the same browser and everything works just fine for him. I wonder whether this problem has something to do with the new policies, but probably not.

I called support for this problem. They don't know about it there is like small checkbox at the left corner of the website right?

Same here.

I have asked 4 friends to try to login their own accounts, and everybody got the error. All we are in Hungary.

Only the /summary and /wallet pages are not working. It is clearly visible the account logged in. Writing the exact link, for example https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/ 

is navigate to the settings, but the wallet and summary can't load without the error.

The mobile application is working perfectly, but there are things i can't make in the app.

Just take a look at the error site on a 27" UHD monitor and you'll find it.

But that checkbox is our smallest problem I think... 🙂

It's not just Hungary, the same issue can be experienced at Finland, Chech Republic, on the US, East Coast and elsewhere.

I've already sent mail to PayPal on this but they still haven't reacted.

 

Nem csak magyaroknal van, Finnorszagban, csehorszagban, az USA keleti partjan is vannak akik ezt tapasztaljak. Nezzetek meg a fenti linket.

Mar irtam a PayPal-nak, eddig nem valaszoltak semmit.

Egyébként azt sem találom hová tudnék írni.

Bár ha nem válaszolnak akkor mindegy is.

kuskin: You can write them after logging in and navigating to

   https://www.paypal.com/hu/selfhelp/home -> Message Center -> Compose

and there select a topic and a sub topic and write your problem. As I remember I selected 'Products and Features' as topic and there Technical as subtopic ... but maybe I should have selected 'Formal Complaint' because it has some weight to it...?

 

kuskin: A fenti modon lehet irni nekik, beloggolas utan. En 'Formal Complaint' vagyis... fu, mittomen magyarul minek hivjak, de hivatalos panasz talan, szoval azt kellett volna valasztanom a Product and Features meg a Technical subtopic helyett.
