Where is my refund? Depop

I purchased an item from Depop using my debit card. I then ended up asking for a refund and she did because I got an email saying that "... has refunded you (amount of money)" BUT I haven't received my money in my bank account when I check. All I see is the money that I spent on the item taken away (- $___)

Issued refunds go back to original funding source. Arrival times may vary:  

• Bank payments, 3-5 or 5-7 days, depending on your bank. 
• Cards, about a week, up to 30 days depending on your issuing card. 
• PayPal balance, fairly instant. 
• Split payments between PayPal balance and card/bank, see above.
