Why Pay Pal convert my money in my national currency BGN

Hello everybody,

Please help me, why PaY PAL convert my money in national currency . My bank account is in euro and i work only in euro.and when I transfer the money in my bank account Pay Pal convert the money in BGN my national currency.I don't want convert the money in BGN because my bank account is in Euro and when i transfer in my bank account my bank account convert again in euro.How can I deal with this problem?

I had the same problem with only difference that my card was set in USD and

Paypel made it all of a sudden in KZT, so I was inputting USD amount to withdraw

and it was converting it to KZT.  So I tried to send USD few times, but it was converting

it back to KZT, so I was forced finally to withdraw in KZT and lost almost 20$ due to this.

I asked Customer service to send this info as complaint to Paypal, but they keeping saying that it

is me who changed the currency to KZT which I did not...
