Everytime I try to withdraw any amount of money from my PayPal account to my linked bank account I see an error code. I have sufficient funds in both accounts. I've contacted PayPal and they can't even tell me why.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
