Withdrawal denied

I use the sportsbook betting apps fanduel and draftkings..I requested a withdrawl from both apps to have my money sent to my paypal account and both transactions were denied they say because paypal denied them..however this isnt the first time ive withdrawn money from them to the same paypal account...anyone else have this issue

This happened to me this week also first time ever. I have did over 100 withdraws from Fanduel to PayPal. Kind of strange had try the withdraw through banking this time. Sucks I have to wait now instead of havign the withdraw money now
