Why doesn't the withdraw option appear in my Summary page, when I have funds available? The help instructions tell me to click on the withdraw option in that page, but it isn't there.

I'm sorry to hear that the withdraw option is not showing. Are the funds in your available balance or your pending balance? If the funds are pending delayed funds availability, they would have to become part of your available balance before they could be withdrawn. If they are in your available balance and there is no withdrawal option there, please contact customer service for further troubleshooting.
