Hi, i'm trying to withdraw my paypal balance. It's saying no linked account, although I've never had a problem before withdrawin funds. I've tried to add a card, and it's saying there is a problem at this time! This has been happening for ages. I've tried the link that is on previous comments of this nature and it is now not working. Please help!
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
