cannot transfer money to my bank account

no matter what I do, I still get this message. following one of the previously solved issued, I unlinked my bank account to relink it and verify but now I cannot link it again.

please help me, I just want to transfer the money into my bank.

Are you trying to withdraw funds in another currency than your bank account is in?

yes I am. I have been doing that every time.

Regardless, I tried converting the funds to my local currency and I am unable to do that too.
