So i was transferring my paypal balance to my bank account and it failed and got refunded back to my paypal balance as well as my bank account was removed from my account and I could not link it again and make another transaction. i don't know why because i made withdrawals in the same bank account before. i wish some mod or csr from paypal could get in touch
