e-transfer of funds to paypal account

Can anyone help me - I wanted to transfer funds to my son's paypal account on-line from my bank ...how do i do that?  he was unable to open up as it just has banking institutions...or can I put money into my paypal account then transfer to him??   He needs to buy something quickly before it sells out!

You can send from one paypal account to another and then he can withdraw it to any linked bank account.

How long it takes is dependent on the option used to send it / if he is subject to any holds / withdrawal times.

Can you not do bank to bank transfers in your country?
