I cant make a purchase on any web pages. When a web page sends me to paypal for payment paypal asks me to login then shows processing but sends me back the web page of the item i am trying to buy then the web page send me back to paypal and its an endless loop. I have tried 3 different web browsers
I have contacted to web page sellers and they tell me the problem is at my end and to try a different browser. I cant buy anything using paypal on line.
It use to work fine, this issue just started this week. did something in paypal change?
