linking business account IBAN BANK ACCOUNT

Hello 

i am located in ALBANIA not USA 

here and in europe banks use IBAN not routing and accounting number 

how can i link my PayPal business account to a IBAN bank account

And thats why, you can't add a bank account in your country, you can only add a card.

The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to most other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

And that is why the routing option and not IBAN is offered.
