my friend send money to my paypal acount while my acount new ... so the money on hold so any help and thx u guys

Click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, select an order status, then ask the other party to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.
my friend didnt get any note or order or recepit in his paypal
