I keep getting this message whenever I try to use the card linked to my PayPal account. I can't transfer any balance and just use PayPal because that option is not available in my country. I am not sure how to fix it. I tried to remove and add my card again and so on. Also, my account is confirmed. I just confirmed it 😄
