sending $$ to a PayPal user in Bahamas from US

Does anyone know if Commonwealth Bank Limited in Bahamas has any issues with allowing folks to transfer $$ to their Bank account with them from PayPal?

PayPal accounts in the Bahamas are not able to withdraw to a bank within the Bahamas. 

PayPal accounts in the Bahamas are able to withdraw to a US bank account, or a Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card.
