I get message: sorry we are not able to process your request. please try again later.' whenever i try to withdraw money. I checked the bank its problem with them. My cousin has same problem with her paypal. I use visa debit card. I went and opened another account and tried to add that new card to paypal but it says: this card is not accepted, use different card. It is also a visa electron that is mainly used for internet and paypal. I withrawn money before, its was never a problem. This started happening 2 days ago and i cant get my money.

So you said that you have tried to open new credit card and add it but it says that it is not supported right? Try to readd your existing one card and see will there appear any error. Also, when you went to withdraw button and after choosing amount and on which card you want to withdraw, did it say that error or it showed u first summary like amount to be withdrawn and card to and when u clicked last time withdraw that error appeared?

It seems that our cards have some issues lately with withdrawing and pp flags it and then doesn't allow withdrawal. 

Btw, is your card maybe Banka Intesa visa electron?

Hello! Yes i am in intesa with visa card. I go to withdraw>enter how much money and chose card> i press continue and than confirm the withdrawal. And then i get the message about the problem. My cousin gets exact same problem like me, also bank intesa. I went to another bank for new card but it wont let me link it, problem is with paypal not with bank. Maybe system error or something. I was googling like crazy, cant find solution. One clue i found that may be the problem is this: on one forum i read someone wrote paypal is not allowing prepaid cards to be linked to paypal anymore (because there were some scams with those cards), and system may recognized my card as prepaid (which it is not, its debit) and this may be causing the problem? I really dont know, its been 2 days. When i messaged paypal message centar they said to check the bank, i did. And nothing. I am waiting for new responce now because i messaged again. I only hope its temporary glitch that will be fixed.

Did you managed to fix this issue? Have the same issue since today and just a few days ago everything worked perfectly.

No, its not fixed yet. I am still waiting for responce from paypal about it. Can you send a message in message centar to them? Thats under help>message centar> chose topic and write what the problem is. If they hear many people havng the same problem they may look into ther system and try to fix it sooner. Because when i first wrote they thought the problem was with bank.

Seems like it is a problem with the bank - not the first time people complain about it.

That thread is year old. I went to another bank to open visa elektron and paypal wont let me link to it. Its a card made for this, to be used for online buying, linking to paypal and such. I was in intesa 2 days ago and they dont think the problem is with them, it may be tho, what does a girl on front desk know. I am gonna go on monday and open new card in third bank. And if they make a problem with that one as well, it must be paypal.

I went to reiffeisen, i will go in komercialna next because they have option for a card as well. If you find some solution let me know!

Yeah.. I think I will go to Komercijalna as well tomorrow. In the meantime I wouldn't be surprised if Banka Intesa starts working properly again. After all, only few days ago I had no issue withdrawing money.

Will let you know how it goes.
