I was able to transfer money from my Paypal account to Mpesa a couple of years ago. I wanted to do it again. I forgot how I did it the first time. My Paypal has not changed. My Mpesa account has not changed and I used it often in Kenya.
I checked the HELP and got this answer to my question:
To qualify, you must have an eligible Kenyan PayPal and M-PESA account. When registering to use the service, you’ll link your two accounts and will be able to move your money from one to the other.
How do I withdraw money from PayPal to my M-PESA account?
- After completing the registration, click Withdraw.
- Your available balance will be displayed. You will only be able to withdraw money up to the available USD balance shown in your PayPal account. If you hold a balance in your PayPal account in a different currency, please log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com/ke and convert the money into USD.

I have looked rather diligently at my PAYPAL home page and I do NOT see any where labelled WITHDRAW.
If I try to transfer / send money, I am limited to sending to another email address -- pretty useless for transferring to Mpesa.
So, HOW do I transfer money in my Paypal account to my Mpesa account ????
