used BDO Debit Card Number instead of Bank Account Number In 2020 during covid

Hi paypal community, I have mistakenly used my BDO Debit card number instead if Bank account number. I just realized it later after the transfer was already completed by paypal. it’s been a day and a half now since it was forwarded to my debit card number. 

reaching their customer service is hard, can’t customize my email cause they already create a template for it and their answer is always automated.

tried messaging their facebook account, but it took days before a single question is answered.

Im hoping that they could attend to us individually.

UPDATE: I have asked the bank yesterday (BDO) whether they have received any transactions from paypal to my account and it’s negative.

they told me to ask Paypal’s customer CS but all I’m receiving from them (Paypal) was auto generated replies.

Days Passed: 6th day since paypal completed my money withdrawal.

plus 3 days before the status was completed in my account.

its more than a month know to be exact 1 month and 4 days including weekends, atleast paypal have already responded to me that they are tracing it from my bank.
