I went to walmart with my ID and social security card and it was declined by ask certegy. I was given a receipt with a number to call.
I was curious will I be able to cash this check at all? It says well fargo on it, should I be able to cash it there with no issues?
Am I able to get the check refunded back into my paypal account and have my use my papal debit card to withdraw the funds when the card gets here?
I'm pretty upset at the moment because I needed the money and paypal doesn't accept my bank account to trasnfer funds (netspend)
