A problem with money withdrawal to Bancolombia bank account

Here's the problem: I sent money from my paypal account to a bank account connected to it. It's been a week now and I haven't received any calls from Pagos Internacionales (as I should have if I understand the whole procedure in Colombia correctly), neither have I received the money. I assume that this might be due to my full name in the bank account not completely matching such in my Paypal account. What can I do now? Will I be able to get my money back?

I am having exactly the same problem. I transfered the money from paypal to my bancolombia account exactly a week ago and there's nothing in my bank account yet. You should try to call to bancolombia to see if they are holding your pay. I called them but they just agended another call to see if they can solve my problem. In addition, have you registered in pagos internacionales yet?

So I just got the money back on my bank account. Yes, I registered in pagos internacionales but they never called me as they were supposed to after the registration, so maybe they didn't actually registered me. In any case, there's no way to know for me as I haven't received any messages either.
